BAD SERVICE

My contract for iphone11 was declined. It got referred to credit vetting but received an response that it got declined due to bad payment profile. I just logged onto ITC and downloaded an report and do not have any accounts in arreas. In fact I do not have ant account owing. All my accounts were paid-up and yet my contract was declined
