Bad Service / Damaging My Phone

I booked my phone in at MTN Gardens Centre for Repair with Mojera(Very Unhelpfull).<br> HVRS Repairs - MTN Calls me and says my screen is cracked and it will be R1680 to repair!<br> My phone went in with software problems and comes back with a cracked screen.Gogo at the HVRC Repair Centre called me and advised in a very rude manner(I would like the recordings!) I've sent numerous e-mail to HVRC Repairs and no response. Gogo phones me and threatened me that my phone will be crushed if I don't pay R350 right away for nothing!!! I was not aware of this! So they want to send my phone back broken for R350! I've been trying to reach managers but, no reply!! MTN is ridiculous! I want my phone back fixed at no cost as it only had software problems not a cracked screen!!<br> <br> Please people stay away from MTN go to Vodacom or Cell C!<br> <br> MTN put's up their prices without notice but you still get **** service!!<br> <br> Please can someone educate the people at MTN - Mangers and Call centre agents are useless!!!
