Bad service
They suspended my line whereas it was their fault. When i wanted to pay via app during lockdown it did not allow me coz it said i owe R0, this happened for 2months now, no one called me to explain whats going on, the message i got was that i dont owe anything, now they have just suspended my line without any notification.
I am so not happy with their service, now i cant even call their call centre

20 May 2020, 16:09Thanks to Thembi at gatemax and Dipuo from call centre my problem was solved, they were so nice and willing to help me, even though i was angry and shouting but they kept on apologising and kept their cool.
