Bad service

I wen to West gate mtn , got the most rude sales Mahlatsi mathare ... This guy doesnt deserve to be helping ur clients at all .. I went into the store to querie ... I went into the store knowing very well that we are under this heavily pandemic as South Africa , I know there procedures to follow that u need to wait by the entrance and then they will scan you and write ur name and numbers on ur movement sheet .. he calls me in and I said I am waiting to get assisted at the door and he told me to sanitize my self and come to him while he was sitting at his desk .. then another guy came in and sanitized himself and this Mahlatsi guy told me to stay there at the door and he ignored me and sat down with another client , I waited to get assisted by him ... after he finished with the client , he came to me and I greeted him and he had a bad attitude telling to stand there without greeting me back, I greeted him again and ignored Me again and he called another client from the door and he literally followed the right procedure and told Me to move away And he helped another client infront of me , scanning the customer and wrote her name on the sheet .. disgusting how I was treated in that store ..
