BAD SERVICE

i had a contact with MTN which i cancelled but it was not and i was billed when i enquired i was told the amount will be set off, this was last year, i was trying to take up a contract when i discovered that the set off was not done and since Monday i have been calling with no help at all and this is really disheartening
