Bad service

I signed for a R299 data contract in July 2021. I was suprised when I received my billing statement it was R499. I went to Mtn Mall of Africa where I signed for the contract to query about the statement.

I've been getting empty promises every month from the consultant that assisted me with the contract. She's been telling me that it will be fixed I must check my statement, to date nothing has changed. When I requested for the contract that proves that I signed for R499. I was given a contract that didn't have my signature.

Very bad service, I'm so disappointed I've been with Mtn for more than 10years.
