Bad service

Service this days has deterioted so badly. service provider to care about customer care. they rejoice intake you money but deliver is very bad.

December I took a contract with MTN and device I took was a #Samsung S25 Fe and it was overheating. I took it back to MTN Westgate, I requested to change, the booked it in on the 29th until today I don't have the device but they are quickto debit our account while they don't provide excellent service. I am very tired of their nonsensical service. I am really disappointed at them.
