Bad service corkwood mtn

I'm highly dissapointed with mtn corkwood service delivery. It's more than a year that they are deducting for a router and data that they couldn't activate for me . I needed the router urgently and it was 5days and they were still struggling to activate the router. Everyday i was in store for over 2hours watching them struggle and eventually i canceled the contract with them they advised its canceled from there side. They have been deducting eversince. Every month I go to the corkwood mall and they say it's been logged and they won't deduct but every month with no fail they deduct the amount. I'm a loyal customer for over 13years and my patience is running out. As I'm paying for something I'm not even having the benefit of
