Bad service Contract cancellation not done
<p>I cancelled my contract in Jan 2016. But to date its not been cancelled i now have been refered to legal because my "account" is in arrears.this as also impacted my credit rating. Ref number for cancellation ********** 07. I contacted mtn today n they say the dept didnt not cancel contract but request was sent. This is not on. This is an inconvience & now i must follow up to find out if contract is cancelled. </p>

Please note that we have escalated the request as line was deactiavted in July 2016 of which a refund would need to be passed to rectify account status. Our Retentions division will reverted back once process is completed.
