Bad Service : Cellphone Upgrades
Still having the same problem - 2 x cellphone upgrades, I have in the meantime received one of the phones after complaining on Hello Peter. Since then no word on the other cellphone, have been waiting for the last for 2 weeks. Numerous phone calls, emails, messages left with consultants. No feedback on the second phone. I am now paying for a phone I do not have.

Apologies for bothering you again with our query. We do realise that you are extremely busy and might not have the time to attend to mundane things like a Hello Peter complaint. My husband (in whose name the contract is), has not been contacted since we complained on Hello Peter early yesterday morning. Although I was promised by the consultant that he would be phoned immediately after I spoke to her. If you could find the time to attend to our nitty gritty query we would REALLY APPRECIATE the effort. We have struggled for a month now, and we are really getting annoyed.
