Bad service

The service is hilarious , I'm now moving out from you guys.I lost my job due to covid and was handed over luckily I got job and made payment arrangements with veri cred.I paid up my account end of July received a paid up letter.I actually wanted to apply for a new contract and was told my status hasn't been updated as yet for the whole week been calling sending emails back and forth to legal with no joy. What must happen for my status to be updated Kanti.I have been with you guys for many years .
