Bad service

I have been trying to cancell a contract with MTN,however I can't do this at a store as I have to do this through their call centre. Here begins the problem, after holding for almost 2minutes and listening to the most awful music still no answer. Now I was wondering where are the champion operators that are supposed to answer these call, and why uf I am prepared to go to a store why can't they cancell my contract.
