Bad service

I app**** for a device but time a courier arrived my spouse already sorted my device problem so i wanted to return the device as they said i have a 10day return policy asto their device is still sealed. I called the Head office & they told me to wait for their courier to fetch it, it's been more than a year now, they haven't fetch it but sending their debt collectors on me & affecting my credit record.
