Bad service cant help cutomers

Mtn Kroonstad.. we previously had priblems with this store for time being everything was right we only need a contract sim swap but their system had an update and sins the store was revamped they cant do it.. we are loosing business and now no one can reach us.. everytime I step into the franchise then monique van den berg tell me they cant do it for me and Micheal de gouveia evens get cheeky with the customers and im still loosing business... its very poor servise from the only store in kroonstad and people dont have money to go to a other city.. so dont go to MTN KROONSTAD to help you with problems
