Bad service

i spoke with Anganathi, i had very bad expreience. she is very rude. at fkirst i cold not hear here and when i advised her i cannot hear her, she was like "thetha sisi ndyakuva" with a tone that i did not like. she is just not competent and she put me on hold for a very long time. it is so sad to deal with such incompetency after waisting my mon ey being MTN client
