Bad service
Very bad service from MTN South Africa after being a loyal client for more then 3 decades

11 Nov 2025, 09:16I had a 100 gig wifi contract with mtn directly which I took out at Parow centre mtn. 2 years ago just before my contract expires a 3rd party company named summer mobile phoned my regarding an upgrade with a 200 gig contract for 3 years, I said, I would really like to have an uncapped contract, at that time I didn't know this was a 3rd party I'm speaking to.
After everything when I wanted to cancel MTN said, I had signed / gave consent to a new 3 year contract. Since then I have been in contact with mtn ***** department, and got nowhere.
If been handed over to lawyers who phones me once a month, and also been listed on ITC.
Then lawyer firm can't provide me with a signature nor a voice not that proof I said yes to such a contract.
MTN bad doggy, really...
