BAD SERVICE

MTN in Kolonnade Mall Pretoria sold me a “gel” screen protector for R300 claiming that it’s good quality only to discover now when my phone fell that it’s plastic that is as thin as plastic wrap. I’m extremely disappointed as I have been a customer since 2014 and have never experienced such bad service. Now I have to lose thousands to fix my S24 Ultra screen. I should have just bought a R50 screen protector at the street vendor, it’s way much better quality.
