Bad service

I have been on a insured contract with MTN I lost my phone 6-5 days ago When I call MTN they say they don’t have my device and I have to wait.I have kids I have to speak to they not even sure when the phone will be available iam just waiting for a micackr with no phone...we insure our phones to avoid such but here we are
