Bad service

MTN can’t do a simple thing rica my sim card I’ve paid in full for the month of December I’ve given the driver my ID and proof of residence copy but my SIM card is not working not activated when I call them they say I should wait for few minutes it will work. I am sitting with a device that is not work I don’t know what I should do with it cos there’s no network. I should have taken with Vodacom maybe we won’t be here.
