Bad service

I must say ,iam so dissapointed with MTN , i missed the payments in october 2020 however paid back the full amount that was due and account is up to date ,However MTN have listed me to ITC as defualt since october 2020 until now march 2021 while my accounts are just up to date.called the customer service and case was escalated and waited and was resolved ,they told me that they requested ITC to remove me but until today i am still not removed .I can not apply for anything now because of them.
