Bad service by MTN MoMo

On the 23rd September I took up MTN MoMo's offer to renew my Caddy's yearly License using their services. I duly got the quote and transferred the fee to them and send all necessary documents to them as required.

On the 30th September 2020 i received another request for the documents - I resend the documents on the same day. On the same day i received confirmation that the documents were received.

Its now 20 days and I have not yet received the new license - I get 2 sms's per week informing me that i should not worry as the process is ongoing.

I have emailed them but no answer

Secondly i used the app to by lotto tickets. I have emailed the as well as how do I claim my winnings - Also no response
