bad service by MTN insurance

i insured my phone P30 Huawei phone at MTN insurance, i lost my phone and claimed. it took them weeks before they can approve. they approved at the end, but until today i havent got my phone, i was told that P30 is not available in stock and they offered me a P40 lite Huawei, i rejected the offer because my phone is insured with R15,300 and P40 lite cost R6500 . so they promised me a P40 Huewei and i was told i will get it within 7 days . they told me they are going to load the phone on the system, to my surprise today they called after i have sent them an email asking them how far are they will loading and ordering the phone, they called to say they are now offering P30 because P40 is not available. i find this so distatesteful and disrespecting and undermining, i want them to give me the P40 they promised and there is a proof of emails.
