Bad service by MTN contract - no one what they are doing

Had a contract years ago (2***) and it ended. I went to MTN North Gate to inquire about a contract for my fitness device and they told me that I still had a contract with MTN. They gave me the number for the retentions department which I called and no one seems to have an idea of how they can assist. I spoke with 6 different consultants for 30 minutes and still left without any assistance. This contract has still not been cancelled. Not sure what I have to do now because MTN consultants are cluelessness.
