Bad service by MTN.

MTN beacon bay east london really are ridiculous. Took our ZTE home router into them because it was faulty. They said to us that it would take a maximum of 7 working days to fix. I go back to them after 2 weeks. Now there story is it now takes 14 working days . We have now been waiting for 3 weeks and still no router. We have tried phoning the shop on *** and they never ever answer the phones. So looks like we have to drive back again to the shop. So 3 weeks with no internet but we must still have to pay the monthly subscription which does not carry over. Pathetic and unacceptable service .
