Bad service by MTN!

Bad service from Mtn, it is the second time now in one month where I had opted for the voice bundles for 30days. Yet the voice bundle doesn't even last a day but my money is taken by MTN for the purchase! I have been a loyal consumer of MTN for years now, but I think it's time I cut my loses.
