Bad Service By MTN

I attempted to take 2 contracts with MTN which were declined. I asked reason I was told I.T.C which when I called they didn't pick up anything wrong with my Profile (Transunion). I tried to get a recourse but at the store and call centre no one understands the process of Vetting. My profile is at top on numerous credit bureaus such as 850 for Transunion (Excellent), 693 for Experian (Great), I havent skipped any payment or gotten late payment.

Transunion is even willing to have MTN Store call when I am in store because they are shocked about the outcome.
