Bad service by MTN

Hi there, I am once again, should I call it, at 'loggerheads' with MTN, correctly said, with one of their employees. It bugs and pains me that I have to go this route again, certainly would have more important things to do, than name and shame this company again just because one person doesn't really give two hoots about doing his job. At 10h19 am I called him, he does not want to answer his phone, voice mail comes on and at the same time receive an sms saying 'can you call me back'!! Now. that to me is just so unbelievable, the person does not answer his phone but wants me to call him back, WHEN AND WHAT TIME IS IT CONVENIENT FOR 'HIS HIGHNESS' to actually be able to speak to him!!! The very same person has done exactly the same thing to me once before and I gave him hell. That to me is totally unacceptable, and one would assume that he maybe would have learned his lesson, certainly doesn't look like it! I would have thought that in these very difficult and trying times, when so many people have lost their jobs, somebody, who is lucky enough to still have a job, would put in a little bit more effort to be of service to the customer, or am I completely wrong about that?? At 13h17 I wrote him an sms, after not having heard from him and I was furious, no doubt about it. I phoned MTN and asked, if I could sms (forward) that message to somebody higher up, but that of course is not possible, unless you know somebody personally, no CEO wants to be bothered with these kind of 'nonsense' as they might call it, after all, the client is here to pay his/her dues for 'services rendered' IF - and shouldn't make too much noise, if service is NOT rendered!!! Well, to say the least, that is a good recipe for disaster!! I quickly want to quote my sms to this guy : "Good day Kevin no assistance from MTN, how wonderful, but you would like to get paid at the end of the month, I assume. Is MTN going to be happy with your performance when receiving another 'revue' from Hello Peter, or is it just all VOVID's fault for a disgraceful service to the client???! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING! I waited now 2 hours (should be 3) for call back, I think it is fair to say 'I am ****ed off with MTN' and the rest of it. With all dur respect you should know me by now , that I don't take this kind of treatment kindly Kevin, since it is also not the first time happening. This sms will also be sent to management, regards, rosalie zubrinic" Thanks God, finally finish. Maybe, if more people stand up to what they deserve for their hard earned money, employees will be taken to task?! I still love MTN and they are still the best! They must just pull their socks. All the very best to everyone of you out there and stay healthy - COVID 19 is no joke! God bless and kindest regards, Rosalie Zubrinic

Reviewer Update
Addendum to my first letter.

Hi There again, i do hope it will be the last time, after all, who is interested hearing same 'broken record' over and over again!! Firstly, I wanted to write a quick note to HELLO PETER, if they actually had received my 'revue' complaining about bad service from MTN. But then I just left it, did not want to worry them with more 'nonsense' and will now just quickly write an additional comment to my letter (revue) sent to HELLO PETER on the 15th inst. at 18h11 pm., which I am hopeful, HELLO PETER had received. Why I am saying that is for the following reason, MTN management did not even have the decency replying to that 'review' and it shows that in their opinion they just really think that they are the greatest and why should we even worry about such 'petty' complaints, as long as we can fool our customers, money is rolling in etc etc, we are happy!!!
Well, firstly I must be honest and just quickly explain something to the readers. When I wrote that 'revue' dd. 15th Oct. 2020, (just three (3) days ago) I was really angry with MTN and of course that certain employee (by the way, never heard from him, didn't expect anything else, neither from top management, as mentioned above) and I expressed my honest disappointment with MTN.
Now, because I don't do computers (absolutely hate it) my husband is the computer genius, who then finishes off my letter and of course, he felt the need to mention right at the end =quote=I still love MTN and they are still the best. They must just pull their socks=unquote= I was really cross with him, here I am '*****ing' about bad service from MTN and all of a sudden I am supposed to still 'love' them, doesn't make sense and, what is worse, I am contradicting myself. I asked him to take that sentence out because I certainly don't want to like a 'bloomin hypocrate. Unfortunately he is one of the guys who thinks he mustn't complain and give everybody the benefit of the doubt - does not work for me, if you want my money and my support to better do it RIGHT!!! For that reason, I will NOT upgrade, will keep my options open and, IF NEED BE support another network. MTN doesn't need nor want my support, one unhappy customer, so what!!! THANK YOU MTN FOR NOTHING - in my very honest view you are certainly NOT the greatest!!!
Correction: in my last revue when writing to this Kevin in my sms the word "VOVID" should read "COVID". One more time, guys out there, don't keep quiet and stand up for the RIGHT thing to be done, after all it is your hard earned money you are parting with!!
Take care and thank you for listening and reading my 'story'! (Sounds almost like a 'broken record'), sorry about that.

Kindest regards,
Rosalie Zubrinic
