Bad service by Mtn

Never ever in your life take up a contract with Mtn, those people are ****med, i took a laptop on contract 2020 they game me a laptop with lots and lots of problems the very same week of collection I took it back then they told me that it have a software problem how I don't know because they claiming that is new after that they booked it in with thier technicians but still nothing changed now they say I must fix it myself instead of giving me the new laptop or cancel the contract.
