Bad service

I'm so disappointed.i bought a contract Sim at mtn they delivered on the 12th but still today the Sim card not working.i tried calling them but no one is willing to help me I was at store no assistance.on the 10th I was at mtn kollonade around 4/5 the consultant was not willing to help he told me that the lady who I spoke to last time is off so he can't help me the guy was not even wearing a mask
