Bad service

I called in on Thursday I spoke to consultant by the name of Agnes Moeletsi , she was so very rude and she didn't know what she was talking about. I also made it clear that what she is telling me is incorrect. But she insisted that she's correct. I've been waiting for my refund from MTN . I want my money refunded back to my account
