Bad service

I did an application on the 4th of December application was approved on the 7th to date i have been waiting for a call from you guy's i have been using my airtime to call and told to wait it been more than 10 day's of the application am supposed to be out of Gauteng but the hold is on you guy's every time i call am given a different number that number always told they are offline.!
