Bad Service.

I took a contract with MTN and insurance included in my package, I've had the contract from last year, and each and every month they would get their money in my acc with no problems,I've been a loyal customer to them from last year. My phones screen got damaged, so since am paying them every month and nicely I thought I should make a claim with them.

Instead of sending someone to fetch my phone,everytime "I" make the call I mean every time iv been asked questions, then they say my claim is on a queue and it's not yet viewed.

The funny part is that each and every month end they debt nicely but when they have to do the actual job, they can't. I canceled my insurance with them, I went to Finnwrite and it's the best.
