BAD SERVICE

I had a contract with MTN which expired in April 2023. I called in and cancelled the contract and the lady never cancelled the contract. I am no longer using the phone or the number because the number was de-activated because did not pay and because of MTN i am now unable to do do anything because it affected my credit record so bad due to non payment. This is totally unacceptable as the bill has now accumulated to R13 000 with me being in the red two years later with a number that is not in use.
