Bad Service, Bad Phones, Bad bad bad...
5 damaged phones, a terrible service from MTN Direct Durban team each time I have had to request a warranty assessment and nothing but LIES and frustration.
I would not recommend MTN to anyone.

Has there been any feedback from legal? I have been told that all supervisors, managers, and senior managers etc are in a conference at the moment and I'm not buying that nonsense. I would like feedback from legal please regarding this issue.
