Bad Service , bad network, bad bad bad everything

MTN is a ****m. Their employees at Southgate mall, Southdale Mall and Randburg square are a useless. I have a wifi router and contract for data with MTN. The WiFi has no network since Thurday the 9th May. I took the wifi router to the MTN store and I was told they can't help cos they don't know what the problem is. The wifi just stopped connecting and poping red buttons. If they cant help so what's the use of them operating. So useless. First I was told I meed to bring the gray cable that came with the router ? Why can't they have one in store? Why the inconvenient?
