Bad service bad business

MTN is really become a nightmare to deal with.If its not poor network coverage and calls cutting every now and then.I still have to also deal with staff at their branches who don't have a cooking clue about customer service.<br> I went in on Sunday to have a sim swap done on one of my lines and waited in line-while one of the consultants simply ignored me and signaled for a person coming in the door to be of service to him. Then the person who eventually signaled to assist me(Salome) asked me how she could help-I advised I needed to do a sim swap and she advised there were no sim cards-because she was trying to get rid of me and didn't ask whether I was doing a sim swap on a prepaid or contract line.Maybe I didn't look like someone who could afford to be on contract-so I left. But I returned a few minutes later to ask if I could purchase my own sim card to have the sim swap done and I returned to find Salome doing a sim swap for somebody else.I was upset and advised a gentleman at the store what had transpired-and he advised that they dont have prepaid sim cards thus she turned me away.I told him that I have 3 contracts with Mtn and will be overjoyed when they come to an end.
