Bad service

I have trying since September 2020 to cancel my contract. They tell me the only way to cancel a contract id by dialing 135 yet i holder for over an hour at times...and contract is still not cancelled. This is *****. However when you select the option to upgrade they answer within 2 minutes. This is terrible service from MTN.
