Bad service

Bad service ever i spend the whole week trying to call mtn to resolve my suspension account which I did pay fully but up until this day I still can’t make calls I’ve been with mtn for many years but the service i got this time was the worst they keep telling me to switch on and off my phone saying I must give it couple of hours it will work but till now my phone is not working so I want to cancel my contract don’t want anything to do with MTN
