Bad service

MTN kindly listen to the call ,I called 135 number @11:17 Smangele Ndlovu answered,I was having problems with my contract sim cart not making outgoing calls .straight to the point she just said go to the branch.she did not even bother asking me if I can manage to do it if she can instruct me step to step on what to do on my phone.2 MTN do not worry about this one rotten potato.she is lazy she did not feel like working,she was in a December mood.I have been with you guys for more than 18.but with your reputation she is in the wrong department if she can’t help clients telephonically.I then called @11:26 the Agent helped me step by step telephonically.I think Ms Ndlovu needs a leave this December for alcohol
