Bad service

I like hellopeter to help me regarding MTN South Africa with bad service

I received call from call center on the 09 November 2020 for pre approval for Laptop package includes all benefits below....

1. HP Intel celeron n4020

2. Zte mf927u LTE cat4 ufi white route

3. Contract multisim for LTE

4. Wireless mouse

5. HP Value topload (grey)

Due date.10 November 2020

Courier delivery on the 13 November 2020

The package was not complete 2 items was not included inside delivery box item 4. Wireless mouse, 5. Hp Value topload (grey) all Benefits was promised according to Telephone conversations and Miss Sibongile advised me all Telephone are recorded so since I've been waiting 2 items to be delivered no one came and I've been calling time to time before 10 days.

I spoke to Manager she promised me to do deliver I waited for 24 hours again no one came and when I call the office she never takes my calls and I spoked to one of consulting until I cancelled my contract telephonically and they advised me to take the device to one of MTN SHOP'S at President Hyper Shopping center around Krugersdorp so one of Sales Consulting he said the is no arrangement with call center for returns. I'm waiting DSV Courier to come and collect they're packages.
