Bad service

I upgraded my data plan on a black Friday deal which did not explain that the data Is a fixed LTE. Firstly the router got delayed only received it on the 29th of Dec 21 and they did not even inform me that it will delay, I received the router and learned that the was no sim card after signing for the parcel. 2min later the data got loaded on my main sim card then lost connection can't even make calls on my sim card, I called and was told to return the router which I did on the 2nd of Jan 22... I called them and even send them emails but they still can't tell me when the problem will be fixed and as it is now I can't make calls or anything with the sim..its so frustrating 😤
