Bad service.

Good day. On the 9th of Feb I did an application for a new cell contract. I was told this takes about 2 to 3 days. 1 week later I still have not received any feed back regarding my application, your store only has 1 contact number which rarely gets answered nor do they return any of my calls even after they pick up the phone. Yesterday I went to the store and the salesman says to me I must come back on Wednesday maybe then it will be sorted.
