Bad service
I have tried to make arrangement with my contract as i am not getting a full income during this lock down
I have requested thaf a manger call me back until now no one called me Back

Like i said we dont have a income besides uif that we need to apply for
Hence i suggested to the consultant if they cant assist us. As we not sure if we can pay the premium this month to extend the contracts a month later or how can they assist
