BAD SERVICE!!!!

I have settled my MTN contract account in full and I require a letter from your legal team to remove me off ITC. I have been struggling now for a month and no one is assisting me. I received reference numbers and just an answer I must wait till it gets escalated. Even Transunion sent MTN an email and still no response after 11 days. Its disgusting services!!!!!!
