Bad service

Very bad service,I've app**** for a laptop 2 months ago and the guy(Khaya Nkomo) who was helping me hasn't been so helpful. In order for me to know what's happening I have to struggle to get hold of him. If I don't check,he doesn't bother to update me.

It's been 2 months now and still waiting... My unemployed daughter needs it for online jobs since she doesn't have an income but this guy decided to go quiet on me,doesn't respond to me anymore now that he got a sale.

I've been hoping for delivery but each day passes with no communication from the company.

I'm really disappointed, don't know what to tell my daughter anymore 😕
