Bad service

I cannot make calls.,i cannot recharge and whatever data I have to receive today I did not get it(I bought everyday bundle for the whole month) and the airtime and minutes that I had it's all gone. When I contact mtn I was told I used my minutes and data and I'm too sure that I did not receive my data and the agent hunged up. On me after holding for more than 30minutes
