BAD SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We are currently based at Tshipise Forever Resort approximately 40 km south west of Mussina. With load shedding the network goes down and we have some sympathy with that. The problem is that when the power comes back, the MTN network stays down (sometimes after coming back briefly) for prolonged periods. This means that with load shedding and and this additional down time, the network availability is very low. We are paying for service under contract that is hardly ever available. When the network is available, the service is acceptable. There are many users in this resort that have the same experience.
