Bad service, attitude and lack of information and help!

We went to the Mtn store in Sasolburg and it was pathetic. The guy behind the counter was no help. He was rude and provide no help what so ever! This store has been one of worst Mtn branches we have ever been to. There was no information given to us about the problem we had. No help!!!!
