Bad service at MTN Vangate Mall

So we've experienced HORRIBLE service from mtn in Vangate Mall. My husband and I took out a Wi-Fi contract on the 2nd of September and after waiting all day with our baby, we were told that they were having issues but was told that they would drop it off at our house since we've been waiting all day already. During our wait, nothing was explained to us, it was our first time so we were unsure of which package to take and we were told "why don't you try this one out, you can always change it if it doesn't work for you". We were really excited about it, but like I said, they were having issues so we had to wait.

The next day we got a phone call to say that we can come in to the store to COLLECT the rooter, despite us being told that they would drop it. Nevertheless my husband went in To collect and again, nothing was discussed as the lady who helped us needed to leave.

We realized later in the month that the package isn't working for us and we went into the store, only to be told by someone else who works there that we'll be charged if we decide to change packages before 3 months. We were then given the private number of the lady who helped us initially. I messaged her and her responses were slow and unhelpful, my husband messaged her too but he was left on read.

We then went into the store, when another employee from the shop noticed us coming, she went and told her colleague that we were on our way. I then went into the store alone as my husband had to make a stop at another store. When I approached the employer, she recognized me immediately and asked me what was wrong WHILE she was busy with another client. I then told her that her colleague informed us of the extra charges that we would incure if we should choose to change our Wi-Fi package and asked her why we weren't informed about any of this beforehand. She immediately went into defense mode and infront of everyone in the shop, said to me, "don't come and stand here and accuse me, do you know how long I've been working here". Please note that I wasn't rude to this woman, I spoke to her in a calm manner, I then told her that I wasn't accusing her of anything and said that both my husband and I couldn't recall her explaining any of this to us. I then called my husband in and she continued to speak loudly saying that we were accusing her.

I have never heard of "HelloPeter" before, I just recently discovered it, I wouldn't want others experiencing the same thing that I have. As a customer, I am very unhappy with the service that was rendered by MTN in Vangate Mall. In conclusion I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.
