Bad service at mtn Tzaneen mall

Poor service ever, I will never recommend it to anyone else. I walked in there on a Friday the 5th of January 2023 seeking for help, I was attended by a lady called Martina. I explained to her that my number got hacked and it is for the 2nd time. I stay in Pretoria and 1st time I went to quagga mall I got assisted immediately after I explained my situation. With her it was a different story, she told me that I must go and buy a sim card so that I can do a swimswap, then I asked if they can lend me their phone so I can call mtn customer care line by myself, she said to me that I won't be able to answer their questions. I mean who the hell is she thinking that I won't be able to answer. 1stly I'm a long term client with mtn and I always speak to their consultants whenever I come across problems ,she judges clients when they walk in and help them according to their looks. She's very *********** and doesn't respect her work.
